Kent Schwickert elected to the Tecta America Board of Directors

During Tecta America Company's Annual Shareholder's Meeting in Atlanta , Georgia , on May 5, 2004, Kent Schwickert was elected Director to the Tecta America Board for a term of 3 years.  His term will expire in 2007.  

Schwickert's of Mankato, Inc. became a Tecta America member in 2000 along with nine other companies to form Tecta America Corporation, which is headquartered in Skokie , Illinois .  Tecta is one of the largest commercial roofing companies in the U.S. and provides roofing services nationwide.

Kent Schwickert is Vice President of Schwickert's of Mankato Inc., a Tecta America Company.  He has been with Schwickert's for over 25 years and has been the President of Schwickert, Inc. and Schwickert's of Rochester, Inc., and the Vice President of Schwickert's of Mankato, Inc. since 1987.  Mr. Schwickert serves on the Executive Board as Vice President of the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) Education Resource Committee, which operates all of the NRCA's education programs. He also serves on various other committees nationally and within the Mankato community.
