Furniture Superstore

Furniture Superstore is a locally-owned and -operated business based out of Rochester, MN. The Furniture Superstore, which is one of the largest furniture and mattress stores in Minnesota, set forth to add more showroom space to their building in 2020. During the preparation for renovation, the Furniture store hired Schwickert’s as their Roofing and Architectural Metals Contractor for the addition in Rochester, Minnesota.

For the roofing portion of the job, Schwickert’s installed a Firestone EPDM adhered roof system, which ultimately tied the old and new roofs together.

Then as the metal contractor, our team applied Metal Sales corrugated metal panels and Alpolic Wet Seam ACM Panels to the front of the Furniture Superstore building. During project preparation, Schwickert’s our professional team matched the new wall panel colors to the company’s standard pantone colors to ensure all branding expectations were met.

Ultimately, the expansion of Furniture Superstore was impactful, leaving the store with over 100,000 square feet of showroom space.
