SeaChange Incinerator Removal

Schwickert’s was hired to remove a large abandoned incinerator system and the associated piping from the roof of SeaChange in Plymouth, MN. The removal required a multi-phase plan to breakdown the unit, remove each piece from the roof, and then restore the roof by patching all penetrations. The project required careful coordination between the mechanical team, the roofing team, and the third-party team responsible for disposal.
