Schwickert’s completed a 12,100-square-foot commercial roofing project for the State Bank of Faribault. The scope included a full tear-off, followed by two layers of 2.6” ISO insulation, mechanically fastened to the deck. To help with drainage, Q’s were set around the drains to direct water to sump areas. A 60-mil adhered EPDM membrane was applied, providing a reliable, watertight seal across the roof.
The Schwickert’s team also addressed one particular roof section and wall that had been continuously leaking. The crew installed a flush wall panel system that not only stopped water intrusion but also was aesthetically pleasing for customers entering the bank.
