Project Scope of Work

Dacotah Ridge Golf course suffered hail damage in the fall of 2025. They moved forward with an exterior upgrade following the insurance claim that Schwickert’s helped them through. Schwickert’s Commercial Roofing and Architectural Metals team began the work spanning 27,000 square feet across the clubhouse, pump house, restrooms, maintenance garage, and storage shed.

This project included removing 15,700 square feet of existing standing seam roofing and replacing it with striated panels in Classic Green. On the maintenance garage and storage shed, 11,300 square feet of corrugated panels were removed and replaced with Pro-Panel 2 systems. Crews also installed new underlayment throughout, along with 260 linear feet of gutters and downspouts. To help manage snow and ice, Dyna-Gard snow rail was added along the clubhouse eaves.

By working through the claim with Schwickert’s, the Lower Sioux Indian Community was able to get new roofing systems not just on the golf course buildings, but also on  the casino and their convenience store. The project resulted in property-wide upgrades to the roofing systems. These upgrades improved both the aesthetic and the performance of the buildings affected.
