Schwickert’s performed both a commercial roofing and architectural metals project for Citizens Alliance Bank. This completed an exterior facelift that required a tight timeline.
The Architectural Metals team began work spanning 7,500 square feet of standing seam panels and 1,750 square feet of soffit systems. This project included the installation of Elevate CladGard underlayment followed by UC-3 standing seam panels in Dark Bronze, creating a consistent layout. The team installed UC-500 soffit panels in Colonial Red throughout the drive-thru of the bank. Schwickert’s team also completed custom beam wraps at the attached Ziggi’s Coffee drive-thru and entrance. Gutters and downspouts were installed along all eaves, totaling roughly 600 linear feet, along with metal flashing for both
masonry and EIFS systems.
The commercial roofing scope included a mechanically fastened tapered ISO insulation, followed by a Vapor Barrier, cover board, and a Johns Manville 60 mil EPDM. The final result of both of these trades that Schwickert’s offered is a clean, durable exterior that supports the building’s performance while maintaining aesthetics.
