Ziggi's Coffee

At the start of 2025, Ziggi’s Coffee opened off Highway 212 in Granite Falls. The Schwickert’s Roofing and Architectural Metals teams completed high-quality work on this new construction building.

The Schwickert’s Metals team installed Elevate UC-600 panels in slate gray at the entrance, spanning 180 square feet. The Roofing team started in February and installed tapered ISO, with mechanically fastened Sika 60 mil PVC that covered 2,500 square feet.

This project showcased the complementary nature of Schwickert’s trades. The teams completed each portion in an efficient manner, offering long-lasting performance and aesthetics for the customer.
