Steele County Four Seasons Centre

In 2025, Schwickert’s began work as Roofing and Architectural metals contractor to complete a full roof replacement on the Steele County Four Seasons Centre. Careful coordination with the rink staff was essential to keep the facility running smoothly during their busy time of the year for all their activities.

The re-roof over the east rink and condensing unit, totaling 34,500 square feet, received new tapers ISO. A new layer of ISO was added to the existing insulation over the west rink and south entrance roofs, bringing their R-value up to R-30. Over those structurally sloped sections, 90-mil adhered EPDM, with a 30-year system warranty, was installed.

Schwickert’s metals team also installed 9,000 square feet of new Dark Bronze wall panels over 5 different spans of the exterior. These new wall panels alleviate the leaks in these areas and provide a maintenance free exterior.
