Evergreen Asset

In July 2025, Schwickert’s started a complete reroof on Evergreen Asset. Our commercial roofing team worked with Pegnato Roofing Intelligence Systems, a California based company, to complete this roofing transformation.

Due to the impressive size of this building (24,000 square feet), a standard crane was not able to remove the old, disconnected HVAC units on the roof. Our team carefully coordinated with the facility so that a helicopter and our team could safely remove and replace the units.

Next, our commercial roofing team began a full demolition of the old roof system, removing the membrane. The new roof system was upgraded to a 60 mil GAF TPO, covered by a 3 mil polyester mat, coverboard and ballast. This system came with a 20 Year Manufacturer Warranty as well as a 2 year Tecta America Warranty.
