Benedictine Living - St. Gertrude's

Benedictine Living – St. Gertrude’s suffered damaged siding along the exterior of their buildings. Schwickert’s Exteriors team worked alongside the facility to complete the removal and replacement of the siding on all buildings, updating the campus with a fresh new color scheme and overall appearance.

Schwickert’s removed 37,600 square feet of damaged metal siding, along with a rotten-wood pergola located at one of the entrances. The team then installed 37,600 square feet of Exterior Portfolio Point Siding with PVC transition pieces separating the two color
tones.

To complete this transformation, Schwickert’s installed all new 6” gutters around all the sloped roof areas. Schwickert’s also removed and replaced the damaged areas of their custom metal fascia and soffit.
