St. Gertrude's LED Retrofit

This lighting upgrade project brought a modern, energy-efficient transformation to the space. Schwickert’s replaced 59 fluorescent canstyle fixtures with 2×2 selectable color temperature flat panel LEDs and swapped 31 outdated 2×4 fluorescent fixtures with new 2×4 flat panels. In the drywalled sections, 18 low-profile LED wafer lights were installed to improve the look of the area.

For accent lighting, Schwickert’s retrofitted 20 fixtures with 4’ direct-drive LED tubes, removing the existing fluorescent ballasts. Lighting circuits were traced and labeled at the panel to simplify future maintenance. All removed bulbs and ballasts were responsibly recycled.
