Volk Transfer

In April 2026, Schwickert’s started a transformation at Volk Transfer’s new location in Mankato, MN.

Schwickert’s Architectural Metals team began by installing the Weather Barrier over the plywood. Alpolic 4MM FR Aluminum Composite Panels were then installed to the plywood substrate.

Due to the unique shade of red of Volk’s logo, Schwickert’s team worked closely to provide multiple swatch options to find the closest match. Because there was not an exact color match, we worked the ACM to serve as the Roof Cap Metal. This allowed a close visual match to the unique red logo, while maintaining cohesiveness throughout the metal panels.
