Project Scope of Work

In June of 2024, Schwickert’s completed a steep-slope commercial roofing job at Willow Creek Middle School. The crew completed the re-roofing of 26,800 square feet in just 2 days.

This project involved removing the original roof system and replacing three main sections of asphalt shingles on the upper roof and the five lower-level roof sections. Each one of these sections has a roof pitch of 4/12. The crew installed CertainTeed Landmark shingles in a Burnt Sienna color, giving the school a clean, updated appearance. Lastly, Schwickert’s painted three large louvered roof vents to match the new look.
