Project Scope of Work

The Dodge County Annex was built in 1990 as an opportunity to have most of the departments in the same building for the first time in 15 years. Linked to the County Courthouse, Minnesota’s oldest courthouse, the Annex offered many features both efficient and historical.

After large storms passed through Mantorville in 2020, Dodge County hired Schwickert’s to complete a reroof at both buildings caused by hail damage. Schwickert’s Roofing team took on both projects simulatenously.

Schwickert’s roofing team removed the existing standing seam metal panels, fascia and gutters, and then installed new Metal Sales Magna Loc 90 standing seam metal panels, fascia, and gutters on the 15,700 square foot building.

Schwickert’s was also working on the Dodge County Courthouse steep slope roofing project as this Dodge County Annex project was taking place.
