We all know that exposure to ultraviolet rays can be greater in the summer when we are outside working or playing and the sun intensity is at its greatest.

Here are some tips to help reduce your exposure to UV rays and lower your risk of UV rays related health issues.

PROTECT YOUR EYES:

Long term UV rays exposure can damage your eyes by causing cataracts and other issues. Use quality sun glasses to protect them from UV rays.

PROTECT YOUR SKIN:

Long sleeve shirts and pants, along with a wide brim hat or hard hat, go a long way towards protecting your skin from the sun. Exposed skin can be protected by using sunscreen.
